Episode One - American Women: Partners in Research
Come along with us as we take a tour of the research and development facilities at the Corningware Factory! There you'll meet our charming rocket-obsessed tour guide, Chet Huntley, who will introduce us to the wonderful world of coffee percolators and the women who are forced to test them. It's a great slice of 1950's fluff, complete with freudian imagery and enough chauvinism to make a feminist explode. After you've finished enjoying this delightful piece of cheese, we'd love you forever if you'd take the time to leave us a comment on the video's YouTube homepage. Thanks, and enjoy!
Episode Two - A Day of Thanksgiving
In this special Thanksgiving episode, get into the holiday spirit with an old film that's actually pretty good for a change! It's a true story about a family in Lawrence, Kansas who couldn't afford a true Thanksgiving feast with all the trimmings and how each and every one of them had to come to terms with a holiday without the traditional turkey. It's even acted out by the actual family that this happened to, so for once let's excuse the subpar acting, okay? :)
Episode Three - Christmas Special
In this our third episode, come with us on a journey around the world as we celebrate this Christmas season with a little laughter, joy, and outright commercialism. Ahhh, Christmas, it just doesn't get any better than this! :)

The Robot
- To inaugurate this new feature of my website, I thought it would be cool to have a guest act as the host of The Heather Show Video Variety Spectacular. I found the perfect host while taking my niece to the park near my house. The park was just recently redone with all these new and exciting playframes and nifty gadgets. Our host was among them. His name is Buluu, he's a robot, he's blue, he's cuddly, and he's just a little scary. I'm sure you'll love him just as much as I do (or you'll run away screaming, just as much as the little kids did...)

First Flight - In April of 2005, American Airlines hosted a contest where entrants had to make a 60 second video that answered the question, "Why Do You Fly?" Just around that time, I happened to be flying on American Airlines to San Francisco to attend the wedding of one of my best friends. I decided to videotape my journey, add a little voiceover, and enter it in the competition. I lost out to a montage of still pictures. That wasn't a movie! It was still pictures! That faded in and out! I was gipped, I tell ya, gipped! But oh well, now I have a pretty video that I can show off to all of you. I'm quite proud of it, so please, take a minute (literally), and experience 'First Flight', my debut into the land of insanely short films.

Domo-kun! - Domo-kun is one of my all-time favorite Internet video memes. Domo is an adorable brown block of a cuddly outerspace monster who arrived on this planet in an oversized egg. He lives in a rabbit hole with Usajii, an elderly bunny, and two cute little bats who hang from the ceiling. Domo-kun's adventures were made just for us by NHK's BS2, a satellite station in Japan. He is now beloved in Japan and throughout the world, thanks to the rapid spread of his cuteness over the Internet. Now you can buy Domo clothes, toys, business card cases (I have one!), and dancing alarm clocks. He's a cuddly brown lump of joy, and really, how many brown lumps can you say that about?
For the benefit of posterity, I have archived all the mini-episodes of Domo-kun's adventures that I can find and created a page on this site just for him. There you'll find his adventures, and soon I'll be adding other nifty goodies like episode translations and links to other Domo fan pages.

Yatta! - This video made the rounds back in 2001, but I didn't get to see it until this year. I may be behind the times, but the classic, timeless nature of this tasteful video makes it applicable to any time, any age, any generation. I guarantee that you will love it, or your money back (and since this is free, well, you get the idea...) Unfortunately, many people here in the United States have misunderstood Yatta's original meaning. It was created by a troupe of Japanese comedians who were satirizing the economic propaganda perpetrated by the Japanese government. That, and heartily mocking boy bands. That glorious combination of mocking gave us Yatta, and we shall be forever grateful.

Bikinis, rock n' roll, bikinis, beach parties, bikinis, giant hair, bikinis, bare midriffs, and yes, more bikinis: it must be the 60's! Forget what you've heard about MTV, forget the Buggles, these were the true pioneers of mind-melting, brain-numbing music videos. They may be tacky, they may be kitschy, they may be far too French, and they may show a complete lack of respect for women, but without a doubt, they're certainly funny. Get out your bikini and swing those hips, cause it's time to boogie, Scopitone style!

Drive To Stay Alive
- A while back my brother Steven had to produce a commercial for one of his classes at George Mason University. The type of commercial and what it would advertise was totally up to him, so he decided to promote one of my favorite causes - driving safety. He wrote the ad, did all of the original 3D artwork, and animated it himself on his hand-built custom PC (which he also made by himself). To top off all his remarkable talent, he chose the wonderful music of Herb Alpert & The Tijuana Brass to accompany his animation. (I'm sure Herb won't mind...) I think the whole thing is incredibly brilliant, especially considering it was a solo effort completed in only a few short weeks. The best part, though, was that he was able to turn what most people see as a boring, mundane topic, into a fast-paced comedy.
The film has a length of 2.18 minutes, and is a divx encoded AVI. Check it out, won't you? And be sure to check out my genius brother's fabulous website.

Hide & Seek
- My friend Sujit made this delightful film for a 64 hour film festival in New York. He was the writer, producer, and co-director (and he'd also like ot mention that he's willing to work cheap, he's single, a saggitarius, likes long walks on the beach, and has his own apartment on Park Avenue. Echem, anyway...) In case you don't know, a 64 hour film festival is when you have to write, film, and edit a short movie within a 64 hour period, and it must fit within the overall theme for the festival. In this case, their theme was 'Hide & Seek." Sujit and his team received 1st Runner-Up status for their entry, which I'm sure you'll enjoy, cause it's just so dang cute. (Not unlike Sujit himself, hint hint.)

Fox 5 News
- Back when I was 16, I was on the news a bit for this whole PotterWar thing. I'm working on compressing about four clips all together, but until those are done, check out my appearance on Fox 5 News! It was live, it was local, and it was my first via satellite interview. Can you say nervous? Also, be sure to notice my amazing, blinding whiteness! (It'll be hard to miss.)

2003 Childnet Awards Interview
- When I was 18, I won an award for the Daily Prophet stuff and the aforementioned PotterWar business. I didn't win just any award, oh no, I won first place in the 2003 Cable & Wireless Childnet Awards. I got to go to London for a big fancy award ceremony (video clip forthcoming, so stay tuned), I got some prize money, I got a letter from Tony Blair, I found out that the US Ambassador to London's office staff reads my blog, and I also got to make this funny little video you're about to see. Of course, I didn't know I was making this video until about ten minutes before the cameras rolled. It was six in the morning, I was barely awake, and I had the privilege of ad-libbing this whole big important spiel about why I was winning a prize. It was great fun and I think it turned out fairly well, considering. Also, again, don't miss my amazing ghostly whiteness!
